Ingredients for the sauce: (about 3-4 servings)
4oz or 100 grm Fresh Cheese or Queso Fresco
1 1/2 Peruvian Rocoto -unseeded and boiled (watch video)
3 slices of Bread Toast
1 cup of Fresh Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation Steps:
Blend Rocoto, toast, milk and cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend and serve with boiled potatoes, eggs, olives and lettuce if desired :)
