Welcome to my blog, today I made Pasta with Bechamel of Mushrooms, super delicious!!

Ingredients: (3-4 servings)
1 1/2 or 2 cups of Mushrooms (slice)
1 Tbsp of minced Garlic
4 Tbsp of Butter
3 Tbsp of Flour
2 cups of Milk (I used soy milk)
1 package of chicken broth powder (opc)

1. Put a pan in a medium heat stove with some oil and sauté mushrooms until looks golden brown. Once done, sprinkle with some fresh parsley and reserve.
2. In the same pan melt the butter, then add flour, mix well.Then add milk. Seasoning with salt, pepper, nutmeg and chicken broth.Continue stirring, until your mix turn to a bechamel sauce and add the mushrooms. Let it simmer for 5 min.
3. Mix with your favorite *pasta!
*Up to 1 lb of pasta

Hi everyone, here again bringing you the best of my kitchen!!. Today I did some Brownies (Egg-Free)  delicious! You have to try this easy recipe :)

Oven: 175 * C to 350 * C for 25-30 min

Dry Ingredients:
1/2 Cup of Flour 
1/2 cup of Unsweetened Cocoa
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
Wet ingredients:
1/2 cup or 1 stick of  Unsalted Butter
1 can of 396 grm of  Condensed Milk 
2 tbsp of Sour Cream or thick Yogurt- natural flavor
2 tbsp  of Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup of Hot Water
1 tbsp of Instant Coffee  (optional)

Preparation Steps:
Sift in a bowl all dry ingredients and set aside. In another bowl add all the wet ingredients and beat with electric mixer. Once beaten gradually add dry ingredients . Once mixed well these two, add 1/2 cup of instant coffee (reserved). Then you can add pecans or any nuts of your choice. Pour all the mix in a medium greased (with oil) baking pot and take it to the oven.

TIP: The coffee is optional, but you don't want to use coffee, simply add 1/2 cup of hot water to the mixture.
